Please fill out a separate form for each artwork. In order to complete this form, visit the individual artist pages to get the information you need. For a list of Dactyl-sponsored artists, go to the Visual Art Main Menu. 25% of your purchase is a donation tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. You will be billed two separate charges. The first is for the artwork (75% of the list price), and this amount is paid directly to the artist. The second charge is a voluntary donation (25% of the list price) to Dactyl Foundation to fund future programs and exhibitions. (All applicable tax/sales tax is included in this figure and payment of such is the responsibility of the artist.)
