There will be no official hotel for the SLSA 2006 conference. Participants can make their own arrangements, but make them as soon as possible to get the best rate. TRAVEL INFORMATION
The closets airports are Laguardia and Newark, NJ. A taxi from LaGuardia Airport will cost approximately $25-30. From JFK Airport it will be a flat rate of $35 plus tolls and tip. From Newark Airport, a flat rate of $45-50 plus tolls and tip.
The Supershuttle is the best bet from the airport $13-$35. See www.supershuttle.com or call 1-212-Blue Van. No reservation is needed from the airport. Upon Arrival At Airport, follow the signs to the Ground Transportation Desk near the Baggage Claim area.
